Daume successfully undertook the renovation project of Zhangba Road Station of Xi’an Qinhua Natural Gas.

 

On August 17, 2024, Daume, relying on its outstanding technical strength and rich industry experience, successfully undertook the renovation project of Zhangba Road Station of Xi’an Qinhua Natural Gas. The implementation of this project is not only another important layout of Daume in the natural gas field but also a crucial step in enhancing the stability and intelligence of natural gas supply in Xi’an.

 

As an important node in Xi’an Qinhua Natural Gas’s supply network, Zhangba Road Station has faced a series of technical challenges for a long time. The traditional pipeline control method is not only inefficient but also requires a large amount of manpower for on-site operation and maintenance, consuming a substantial amount of labor costs. Moreover, due to the limitations of control means, it is difficult to achieve real-time monitoring and precise regulation of pipeline operation status, which has affected the stability and safety of natural gas supply to a certain extent.

 

In response to these problems, Daume installed a self-developed energy storage multi-functional intelligent control actuator for the pipelines at Zhangba Road Station. This innovative product integrates advanced energy storage technology, intelligent control algorithms, and an efficient execution system, boasting multiple outstanding features.

 

Firstly, in terms of energy storage, the actuator is equipped with a high-performance energy storage module that can store electrical energy when the energy supply is sufficient. This ensures continuous operation during unexpected power outages or unstable energy supply situations, guaranteeing the continuity of pipeline control and effectively avoiding the risk of natural gas supply interruption caused by power outages and other accidents.

 

Secondly, its intelligent control function is extremely powerful. With built-in advanced sensors and intelligent algorithms, it can real-time monitor key parameters such as pressure and flow rate inside the pipeline and automatically adjust the opening degree of the pipeline according to preset rules, achieving precise control of natural gas transmission. This function not only greatly improves the efficiency of natural gas transmission but also flexibly allocates gas volume according to actual demand, ensuring that the gas needs of each area are met.

 

More importantly, this actuator has achieved a high degree of automation and centralized control. In the past, tasks that required multiple people to operate and monitor on-site can now be easily managed by one person through a remote control system. The operator can obtain real-time pipeline operation data and remotely operate each interface just by sitting in front of the computer screen in the control center. This has significantly improved work efficiency and reduced errors and risks caused by manual operation.

 

The application of this technology has successfully solved long-standing technical problems for Qinhua. A large number of cumbersome tasks originally completed manually have been replaced by an automated system, saving a substantial amount of labor costs. At the same time, since the intelligent control actuator can real-time monitor the pipeline status and promptly detect and warn potential faults, maintenance work has become more targeted, further reducing unnecessary maintenance work and saving maintenance costs.
