History

History

In 1976, our research team began in-depth research on electric actuators and started production, marking an important milestone in the field of automation control.

In 1988, our team developed products with digital display functionality, enabling precise adjustments via panel buttons and significantly improving usability and control accuracy.

In 1995, our explosion-proof electric actuators with infrared functionality were widely applied in Russian refineries. This application not only proved the reliability of our products but also demonstrated our capability to deploy technologies in harsh environments. For instance, supplied by HeLi Automation, these actuators have been extensively used in the control and regulation of pipeline valves, as well as in the handling and transportation of hazardous chemicals. Their design takes into account operational safety and environmental requirements, featuring corrosion resistance, high-temperature tolerance, and other robust properties.

In 2000, our research team carried out in-depth research on the application of permanent magnet DC motors in electric actuators and achieved remarkable results, laying a solid foundation for performance upgrades.

In 2003, we successfully launched permanent magnet DC brushless variable-speed electric actuators, whose innovative technologies greatly enhanced product performance and efficiency.

In 2012, we developed a dual-power supply emergency shutdown control device with automatic reset function, significantly improving industrial production safety. In the same year, our team obtained the technology, manufacturing rights and trademark rights for certain D+R products, further enriching our product portfolio and strengthening our industry competitiveness.

In 2014, we gained full control of these D+R products by acquiring their complete technology, manufacturing and trademark rights.

In 2018, the company significantly increased investment in technological innovation and launched intelligent electric actuators integrated with IoT technology. These devices support remote monitoring and fault pre-warning, leading the trend of industrial intelligence and establishing a pioneering position in smart technology development.

In 2020, to meet the demands of extreme working conditions, the company successfully developed measuring instruments suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure environments, which have been applied in key fields such as nuclear power and petrochemicals.

In 2023, the company continued to advance technological innovation and launched high-end intelligent electric actuators equipped with supercapacitors. This solution effectively addresses emergency operation challenges in remote off-grid areas, with technology that is unique and proprietary in the industry.
