In 1976, our research team began conducting in-depth research on electric actuators and started production, marking an important step forward in the field of automation control.
In 1988, our team developed products with digital display functionality, allowing for precise adjustments via panel buttons, significantly enhancing usability and accuracy.
In 1995, our research and development of explosion-proof electric actuators equipped with infrared functionality were widely applied in Russian refineries. This application not only demonstrated the reliability of our products but also showcased our ability to apply technology in special environments. For instance, as provided by HeLi Automation, these actuators have been extensively used in the control and regulation of pipeline valves, as well as in the handling and transportation processes of hazardous chemicals. Their design takes into account the safety of operations and the specific needs of the environment, such as corrosion resistance, high-temperature tolerance, and other characteristics.
In 2000, our research team conducted in-depth studies on the application of permanent magnet DC motors in electric actuators and achieved significant results, laying a solid foundation for the performance improvement of electric actuators.
In 2003, we successfully launched the permanent magnet DC brushless speed-regulated electric actuator, whose innovative technology greatly enhanced performance and efficiency.
In 2012, we successfully developed a dual-power supply reset emergency shutdown electric control device, which greatly increased industrial production safety.
The same year, our research team successfully acquired the technology, manufacturing rights, and trademark rights for some D+R products. This not only strengthened our product line but also enhanced our competitiveness in the industry.
In 2014, we successfully acquired the technology, manufacturing rights, and trademark usage rights for some D+R products, thereby gaining complete control over these products.
In 2018, the company significantly increased its efforts in technological innovation and launched intelligent electric actuators integrated with Internet of Things (IOT) technology. These devices achieved functions such as remote monitoring and fault early warning, leading the trend of industry intelligence. The intelligent electric actuator became a pioneer in the development of smart technology.
In 2020, in response to the demands of extreme working environments, the company successfully developed measuring instruments suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, which were successfully applied in critical fields such as nuclear power and petrochemicals.
In 2023, the company continued to deepen its technological innovation and introduced high-end intelligent electric actuators equipped with super-capacitors. This effectively solved the problem of emergency handling in scenarios without power supply in remote areas. The technology is unique and exclusive to the industry.
